It is because you need to go out of your comfort zone. Here are 3 powerful exercises which will help you achieve it!<!--more--><\/h2>\n<p>First of all, your comfort zone is everything you do\/think every day.\u00a0It is a situation where you feel in control. Your life is &#8220;comfortable&#8221;. It could be alright but&#8230; you don&#8217;t think, you don&#8217;t make decisions.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The truth is: the longer you stay\u00a0<em>within<\/em>\u00a0your comfort zone, the less happy you tend to be.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Stepping outside of it is key to discovering your passion, accomplishing your goals, and finding happiness<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Take a notebook and a pen. It is time to get started!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>First exercise: become aware of it.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Before answering the questions below, I wanted to talk about 2 other zones :\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>the <strong>learning zone<\/strong>\u00a0wich surrounds the comfort zone: you overcome your fears and then you are in the learning zone. It will allow you to gather resources and knowledge to achieve your goals which are in&#8230;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>the <strong>panic zone<\/strong>\u00a0or magic zone like I prefer to call it.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here\u00a0<strong>4\u00a0questions<\/strong>\u00a0you have to ask yourself :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>Is my life is in alignment with what I want to achieve in my life?\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>Am I living my life according to the society or judgement from others?<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>When was the last time I have learnt something new?<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>What challenges have I achieved recently?<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Are you in your comfort zone? Did you forget why you get up every morning? When was you in your learning zone for the last time? How would you want to feel? She will try to pull you down and you are not going to allow it!<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Visualise your goals with a simple glance is so powerful. Are you ready?<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>The best exercise: create your vision board.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A vision board is a fantastic tool to stay positive and focused on your goals. Like the light of a beacon in the night it will guide you when you will have doubts.<\/p>\n<h4><em>How to create your vision board?<\/em><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Choose a cork or magnetic board.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Print, cut out and stick pictures\/words\/sentences which represent your dream life. One rule: NO limit!<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Look at your vision board 5 to 10 minutes every morning and evening.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Every year I make my vision board and it works pretty well. It is a powerful tool and taking the time to make it will allow you to slow down and be connected to yourself. Turn on some music and be creative. Set up goals which make you feel full of joy and visualise them.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>NO limit, everything is possible.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Feeling the most healthy than you have ever felt. Find your dream career. Enrol in the course you dream about. Create your own business. Become confident. Learn about self-love. Travel all around the world. Be yourself. Free yourself from others. Say NO. Say YES. Listen to your heart.<\/p>\n<p><span data-reactid=\".w.$mid=11417005003389=25e0ccead4b5d760e84.2:0.0.0.0.0.0.$end:0:$2:0\">Have you ever heard about the law of attraction? This law is really simple. The same holds true for negative thoughts always leading to bad outcomes. It is not crazy or magical, it is quite logical. C\u2019est le confort qu\u2019apporte cette zone, l\u2019inertie, la routine, la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">non<\/span> prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/p><p>Alors bien-s\u00fbr, nous avons\u00a0tous\u00a0besoin de nous appuyer sur des bases qui nous garantissent une certaine s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Mais jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quel point ? Es-tu dans ta zone de confort pour les bonnes raisons ?<\/p><p>Pr\u00e9pare un carnet\/papier et un stylo. Elle te permettra de rassembler des ressources et connaissances n\u00e9cessaires pour atteindre tes objectifs qui eux se trouvent dans...<\/em><\/li><li><em>la zone de panique\/stress\/danger ou la zone magique comme je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re l'appeler.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p>Voici <strong>4\u00a0questions<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 te poser :<\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>Est-ce que mon quotidien est en ad\u00e9quation avec ce que je souhaite accomplir dans ma vie ?<\/em><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>Toutes mes habitudes de vie ne me seraient-elles\u00a0pas dict\u00e9es par la peur, l'inertie ou ce que les \"autres\" pensent\/font ?<\/em><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>Quand est-ce que j'ai appris quelque chose de nouveau pour la derni\u00e8re fois ?<\/em><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>Quel challenge ai-je atteint derni\u00e8rement ?<\/em><\/span><\/li><\/ol><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Te trouves-tu dans ta zone de confort ?
